Missionaries

Dan's calling is ward mission leader and we have 11 missionaries in our ward. We are allowed to have all of them at our house for dinner. And we LOVE having them come. We think we have the best missionaries in the world here. Let me see if I can name them all for our sake not necessarily that everyone else wants to know. Lott, Whiu, Charlesworth, McNabb, Bledsoe, Pugmire, Spencer, Lyman, Spark, Archibald, Ali. Dallin and Whitney! They feel like our family here. All but 3 are from America also.
All of them at our house waiting for dinner. This night the menu was Chicken Noodle soup, cornbread, and salad. And I made from scratch the noodles, the cornbread (a whole other story), and the ranch dressing. We wer also introduced to something called Pie Floaters which is a South Australian "dish".

Here Elder Charlesworth is making the pie floaters for us. It is Split
pea and ham soup. Then you have a mini pot pie floating in the soup with Ketchup (they call it tomato sauce) on the pie. It was actually pretty good.

How fun to have the all the missionaries over! When we visited my parents on their mission in Greece we had a bbq with some of the missionaries...always entertaining!

How fun! I miss you guys so much!! Thanks for posting SO many photos; it is great to see how much the kids are all growing up. Dallin especially. Crazy how time flies when you are having fun! I'm way jealous you guys got to hold a koala - doesn't get better than that.

And 11 missionaries?! Is that what you said? Crazy fun! I bet the kids just love having them over :)
