A Saturday in Port Adelaide
We decided this particular saturday to spend time in Port Adelaide. We had no idea how quiet it is there on saturdays, so it was easy to find parking and not a lot of people at the sights we went to.
This is a small place but you see all kinds of Sea horses, and watch a movie at the beginning. By the end the kids knew the boy sea horses from the girls. We enjoyed it alot. The kids also got to pet a shark. No photography inside the place though!!
These next few pictures are of the kids climbing around on this cool boat. Do we dare mention that this was the first outing in big boy unders and there was an accident on this boat OOOPS!!
Dallin trying to see down the Cannon. For you Grandpa Greaves!!
This was the girls' favorite part of the museum. A surf board that had springs underneath it and some music that played so they could "surf"
This is the lighthouse on port Adelaide but we couldn't go inside on this particular day. We can go back to go inside it someday. Just on the other side you are really close to the water (of course) and we could look down in and see Jelly fish really close to the surface. Not sure how we missed that picture, but it was kind of a scarey place to look. Not much of a barrier to keep anyone from falling in particularly a almost 3 yr old boy!
